Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

United States

Standard Shipping: $7.99. FREE on orders of $99 or more.
Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after your order ships. Most orders ship from our US warehouses.

Canada and United Kingdom

Canada: US$10.99. United Kingdom: US$12.99. FREE on orders of US$99 or more.
Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days after your order ships. Prices are shown in US dollars and your bank converts them to your local currency.

Duties and taxes

US orders: sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
Canada and UK orders: import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs office on delivery. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders with more than one item

Items may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking for each package.

Tracking your order

Use the Track Your Order page on our website or the tracking link in your shipping email. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after shipping.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Carriers, weather, and peak seasons (like the holidays) can cause delays. If your order has not arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will make it right.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you place your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours if you need to change your address.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@roastrow.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund.
