Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Each product page shows which of these countries the item can ship to.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders over $99. Orders below $99 pay a flat $7.99.

Where your order ships from

We are a small online store and we work with partner fulfillment warehouses in the United States and in China. Every product page states where that item ships from.

Delivery times

The product page shows an estimated delivery date range, calculated from the shipping warehouse, our processing time (1 business day for US stock, 2 for China stock), the carrier's transit time, weekends and US federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time start processing on the next business day. Items shipped from China take longer than items from our US warehouse, and we always show that honestly.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes

For Canada and the United Kingdom, local taxes may apply. UK VAT is collected at checkout for orders of £135 or less.
